The room is in very good condition. They take care of every little detail. Much space and nicely decorated. We felt immediately at home. Centrally located and yet quiet. Every local knows the hotel. Several good restaurants nearby.

I was upgraded to a junior suite which was nice. The bed is comfy and the AC/heating works really well. It was warm and electricity was almost with no interruptions.

Easy check-in (a few minutes only). The staff are very friendly. They want to help you however they can. The rooms are very clean and my room contained everything I wanted and wished for. The location is in a prime district of Ashrafieh, very safe and very quite.

Cleanliness, view, room size, free parking, location and most importantly the front desk staff. Had an amazing 2 nights and really can't fault the hotel for anything. Thank you for everything and special thanks to the whole team Will definitely come back here!
