Nice big clean room, double window to balcony which kept any noise out of the room. I have many friends in the area so the location was very good for us. Staff very helpful.

The room is in very good condition. They take care of every little detail. Much space and nicely decorated. We felt immediately at home. Centrally located and yet quiet. Every local knows the hotel. Several good restaurants nearby.

I was upgraded to a junior suite which was nice. The bed is comfy and the AC/heating works really well. It was warm and electricity was almost with no interruptions.

Easy check-in (a few minutes only). The staff are very friendly. They want to help you however they can. The rooms are very clean and my room contained everything I wanted and wished for. The location is in a prime district of Ashrafieh, very safe and very quite.
